I'm not sure if this is a fluke but after updating I shut down after and it went from taking about 15 seconds to about 2 seconds

I booted up this morning and it went from taking 12 seconds to about 6 seconds.

I probably should do more runs to see if this is for real but I was shocked.

Use the computer some more, and you will find the time to shut down will revert back to about 20 seconds. Time will vary. Don't just test it after boot up but use the system for a good while than shut down. For my system, about 30 % of the time it will shut down in about 2 seconds and the rest of the time it goes back up to 20 seconds
