Has my time capsule died?

OK I'm going to cut straight to the chase, this is the situation right now:

- time capsule powers on but blinks rapidly in orange
- it can't be discovered via wifi by iPhone, iPad, airport utility
- it can't even be discovered via ethernet, the ethernet port at the back won't even light up in green when a RJ45 cable is plugged in
- tried to use a pen to press and hold the button at the back to hardware reset, it doesn't work, the led continues to blink rapidly in orange

Has my time capsule died?

I've already read that article, except my time capsule can't be located by airport utility via wifi or ethernet.
