    Hey i was just wondering how to open a .sit file. i know it is prolly a dumb question but this is my first mac and i got it a couple hours ago lol =P thanks

    As in, that's probably the app you're looking for. ;)

    .sit are compressed files. You can use Stuffit Expander to open them.

    EDIT: mad jew beat me to it :D

    Apple should have included Stuffit with Tiger! argh! :rolleyes:

    Or better yet rolled stuffit expansion capability into Bomarchivehelper and put Stuffit out of business. Oh, wait, did I say that out loud? :rolleyes:
