hi, i have a macbook pro and i was wondering, after i download something, the download window pops up. how do i clear the download list/ history?

and also, when you use a usb to import a file on to the mac, is there a trace/history that you have done so?

    thanks!:)

You can hit either "clean up" which clears everything, or "remove" which just clears the highlighted thing.

You can also go into Safari-Preferences and there's a drop down box with options on how to handle the downloads box such as "Remove download list items after successful download".

Also be aware of the forum rules, generic titles to threads are not acceptable such as "Help".

if you REALLY want to clear EVERYTHING, go to the Safari menu, and choose "Reset Safari". It gets rid of everything.
