    Good day-

    I got this ram stick in a box of computer stuff that i got. I want to sell the stuff I don't need but of course I want to know what I have first. I have everything else figured out but this thing. The little info sticker is missing so here is what I know:

    168 pin
    single sided
    each of the 8 chips reads: "8Mx16 SDRAM - 75"

    So can I safely assume this is a 128MB stick?

    Any help is appriciated.

    Thanks.

    8x64 = 64MB
    16x64 = 128MB
    32x64 = 256MB
    64x64 = 512MB

    Gotta tell him it is either a 100 or 133MHz chip too. Probably anyway.

    On second thought maybe it is a 75MHz, don't know if they made it at that speed.

    So does that make this a 66MHz 16MB SDRAM? or a 75ns DIMM?

    Ok, seriously man, just stick that RAM in a system that uses SDRAM, then run CPU-Z if you got a PC, and System Profile if you got a Mac.

    This looks to be an old one with a slower refresh rate... I think it could be a 128/64/32/16 I would surmise that it is ether 168pin or simmalr.

    According to this site, they are showing 8Mx16 as 128MB. Of course speed, ECC, registered, and buffered options will make a difference as to whether it works in your system or not.
