I was at an Apple retailer recently and I saw on the Panther demo they had on all their laptops there was a really cool dark red and gold background that had a type of surfer on it. I've yet to be able to find it. Maybe you guys could help me with this one...

    Thanks.

You can email/send yourself the screensaver...

It is kind of illegal I guess, and you can get caught easliy, but its possible to do...

I'd like a much easier way to do this! I don't feel like getting caught trying to send myself a screensaver. And remember, I'm trying to get the DESKTOP, not the screensaver/demo thing. It was sort of a movie thing that showed Panther features, so I'd like to get the desktop they used. They had several other desktops shown in addition to the one I mentioned about the surfer.

    NOT LAZY

No, I'm not being lazy first off. Second, I can't really get to that same Apple retailer as I'm in college and don't have a car, and it's a few hours away. I've seen other people in this forum and other forums ask for desktop images, and they've had no problems. Why is everyone giving me all this crap?

You won't be able to do this easily, or lazily, however much you wish. If its a movie just take a screen grab and email it or drop it on your ipod or something. Screen grab will be apple+shift+3 and it saves to the desktop with Picture #.
