FM transmitters seem like more trouble than they are worth
I bought the Belkin FM transmitter about a year ago and have had no success with it in the D.C. and Seattle areas. Maybe if you live in some sort of FM radio desert you can use it without massive buzzing noise, but I'm a bit skeptical.
I would love to wire up my car the right way but am not going to spend the money or the time to do it, so I make do with the cassette adapter. If I spent more time in my car, I would probably get a new stereo with an AUX.
