Mac rumors failthful: I have a macbook, and have heard mixed reviews about its photoshop performance. I could wait until CS3 for universal binary performance, but I don't wanna...

This is my dilemma; I have never illegaly downloaded an app (have got a few music vids of song I already have on cd though), and I want to hear your opinions on what I am thinking about doing.

My good side is telling me to wait for CS3, and save the cash. My bad side is telling me to download CS2, and then decide to purchase if it is good enough (my coscience is too strong to outright steal with no limitations), obviously if it isn't what I'm looking for, and I don't decide to purchase, I will just delete it.

    Your thoughts...

You can get trial versions legally so that you can evaluate the performance before buying.

Stealing is wrong, no matter how much you rationalize it.

those that advocate stealing it are straight crooks.
there's a simple saying in my part of the world.
it you cant afford it, then go f*ck yourself.

even transients know better than to go into the local restaurant, order a full meal cause he's hungry, and then run out w/o paying

here's a f*cking homeless, probably jobless, and probably has some sort of mental disorder fool that can differentiate between legal and illegal

if he can, im sure you can

I thought you said probably has some sort of mental disorder. But whatever your personal troubles are I sympathize with you as a fellow human being. However, if you come on here all guns ablazin' you're going to get a response. That's all.

And to answer your question: when I used to have hair it was dark brown :D

MrSmith, I don't think peas was referring to him/herself... I could be wrong, though.

I don't know any homeless people with a computer and an internet connection.

According to the UCSD researchers, homelessness was most frequently associated with people who were diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, who were substance abusers, and who had no public-funded health care. Men were also more likely to be homeless than women, as were African Americans. Latinos and Asian Americans were less likely to be homeless.

    sciencedaily

there is a wealth of information and many case studies done on transients/ mental illness. for my initial response, i linked them together for the simple fact that a transient that has a mental illness can still distinguish lawful and illegal activities

    Piratical

and CS2 will run so so. Not great, but not totally unusable, worth buying for the obscene price they ask? Probably not..But that also doen't mean you should pirate it.

Use gimp and some other free alternatives, or the demo till CS3 comes out, then you can fork out the retarded amount of money that they will ask for it....:)
