Help with new app marketing

I am a student who has just reskinned an app and had it submitted to the iPhone App Store.

I was wondering what marketing strategies I could adopt to boost downloads.

Try to showcase you app screenshot and trailer on good forums that allow marketting. on touch arcade forums I have seen many new developers publishing threads fo their new apps. Besides, you can always find some app listing and marketing websites for more exposure.
