I have my mac mini wired to my wireless router and connected via airport....is theer any way to have only azureus use the wireless and everything else use the ethernet....or teh other way around?

I don't believe you can partition your program access to the internet connection in this fashion, but other more enlightened MR-ites may be able to tell you a solution that fits your needs.
