a lot of the wallpapers at deviantart are high quality but most people go there to find unique, custom, creative wallpapers. They do have some good apple wallpapers i must say

I'll second that. They also have a great selection of high res widescreen wallpapers...sometimes 1680x1050 and up can be hard to find.

I believe the current native screen res for the MacBooks is 1280x800, so I'm guessing you'll want to find some at that or around about that size.

You can use any widescreen wallpaper...even ones that are far larger will scale down fine.

well, what i meant was that given all the different wallpapers, most of them only come in one size so it kind of limits your selection
