How can I stream AVIs from my iMac to my tv?

    On my iPad I use air video to stream all my avi's onto my iPad

    What is the best way to stream my AVIs from my iMac to my tv?

    Oh and yeah, just get the ATV and convert your films using handbrake.. AVI's suck for.. well.. everything :p

    f*^k avi's lol seriously. do you torrent your movies or something? there are a lot better higher quality formats out there. avi is just ancient and garbage.

    go get some DVDs or Blu-rays encode them in Handbrake and have nice video and audio quality (including surround where possible, etc).

    then enjoy seamless distribution among your iOS and computer devices :)
