iPod how can I tell which videos will sync with an ipod?

I have a ton of videos on my mac mini and I'd like to take some of them around with me to watch on my ipod touch. However, they're all a mishmash of formats. I've added the folders to my itunes, and naturally not all of the videos show up as they won't play in itunes. But there are still lots that will. But not all of the itunes ones will sync with my ipod (get warnings). There are too many to manually try and sync them all and check the warnings


is there any way to filter/check which ones will sync?

And yes it will play ONLY those formats...not .divx files or .xvid, ect. unless you convert them.
