i bought an iphone (3GS 32gb unlocked) from a friend, and its currently named Tom's Phone when it comes up in itunes
how do i change this??

Double click on 'Toms iPhone' and you should be then able to change it.

I hope you didn't steal Tom's iPhone!...just double click it like the other guy said and you'll be able to rename it

Wow, way to jump to conclusions...Just double click the name in iTunes, you'll be fine.
