As the subject above, can this be done?

I had installed the rest of the office 2016 - Word, Power, Excel..etc.

Had previously removed outlook 2016 as it does not support Exchange 2010 SP1 and below.

Appreciate any advices.

Unless it's been changed you just launch the installer and click advanced install cycle through till you get to the check box section and unselect everything but outlook

It's changed. There are no installer options.

Just reinstall, you won't hurt anything and won't lose any data. You'll need to update the applications once again when you're done, so be sure to check for updates from the help menu, if the Autoupdater doesn't start automatically.
