How do I remove tunes not downloaded from iTunes 12.2

I have many songs/albums purchased from iTunes in the past. Some of them I do not wish to be in my iTunes library (due to changing tastes, redundant purchases, etc.) With the new iTunes, ALL of my purchases now show up. The ones that I have not download are accompanied by the cloud-download icon. I don't want those songs to show up in my iTunes.

How do I make them go away??
