How do i scan?

This question has probably alreay been answered, but is there a prgram built in to OS X that allows me to scan images from my HP PSC 1610. I tried VueScan for a while (on a free trial) but i wouldnt consider it unless there was no other option. A freeware option is also welcome.

I think GraphicConverter has built-in Scanning IMO its a necessity for Mac.

I'm not sure of any built in apps, but if you have photoshop or photoshop elements you can use that. or else there should have been some software that came with the scanner.

Image Capture should be able to do it for you. Its in Applications
