go into "system prefernce" -> "sharing" -> "internet" -> select share your connection from wired ethernet and check airport. Then hit start.

If you want encryption and name options, hit airport options button.

This should work, and the wifi visible from the wii.

    edit: wii's do wifi right?

Wii's only do wifi, in fact. You have to buy the (as of yet unreleased?) USB ethernet adapter to go wired.

Internet sharing over Airport to the Wii won't work until you configure your Wii settings correctly as I detailed here.

But you can also buy a USB wireless adapter if you wanted to. Why would someone do such a thing? Hell if I knew! :D

At $40 you might as well buy a wireless router. :)

$40 is still less than what you'd pay for a (good) wireless router. Does that thing work with Macs? My roommate and I have wired internet in our dorm, so this would be perfect.
