I have 512 mb in my 128 mb vid card 1.67 g4 powerbook and am going to upgrade the memory.

Would buying a gig of crucial be that much better than just buying another 512 stick for one third of the cost?

I have 1.5 GB of RAM in my PowerBook G4 1.67 15" 64 MB VRAM and it plays WoW fine, it would probably play just as well with 1 GB of RAM but I can't say I've tried.
