I can be logged in for hours on end, but just have the site inthe background. Generally, I spend an hour or two per day posting and browsing.

Either way, it's too much time.

Wasn't there a thread on this earlier in the year? Sorry...i'm too lazy to do a search, and it's outdated anyway.

I don't spend that much time on MR anymore...too many classes, too little time.

I'll be back to post a review of the 17" powerbook when I get that...that'll be it.

I usually spend about 1 1/2 hours a day. Usually first thing in the morning at work (sorry Boss) and later at night.

i used to always be on macrumors... but lately i've been trying to broaden my surfing habits... i'm now a blogging addict...

there was a thread about this a lonnnnnng time ago. it's an interesting, and somewhat sad, habit to discuss. mac rumors are usually pretty interesting.

for some reason when i read over this thread i immediately thought of eyelikeart... he and the duke used to dominate the forum action...

I go through phases. Some weeks it will be 10 minutes a day.
Other weeks it will be 2 hours a day. Depends on how I'm feeling.

once in a while i'll skip a day, or just spend a few minutes here, but usually between 1-5 hours active... it's open in the background a lot of the time, but that's how much time i spend actually reading and posting...

not nearly as much as I used to...

I used to spend hours, I suppose, each day here posting and keeping up to date on everything going on.

These days, it's hard to keep up with it all, I just have way too much going on now. I pop on early in the morning and a few times throughout the day, and maybe once in the evening. I don't get as much MR action as I used to, but that's ok... ;)

    MacRumors time spent

i reference MacRumors several times a day for updates, gossip, and the zany threads. So zany! I probably spend 2 cumulative hours on macrumors every day, and its great.

I've been posting mad lately and spending way too much time on the boards.. though a large part of that is me trying to get to 500posts so I can introduce the first ever avatar of me naked. Yeh.. look out, 106 post to go, and then its SEXY TIME!

    daily macrumors

I read macrumors 3-5 times per day. Right now, its my 'mac fix' prior to getting my alBook. I imagine it will be a hard habit to break even afterward :)

Re: How much time do you spend on MacRumors?

I am strapped in a seat with intravenously submitted nutritious plasma. My eyelids clamped open non stop.

So I can effectively be on MacRumors for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to monitor the new submissions.

I thought that was common

Re: Re: How much time do you spend on MacRumors?

All that work to be on here 24/7 and you have 185 posts since July? I would question whether you are sleeping at the wheel or not.

I personally am on here 3-4 hours a day on average. Some days I'm not on at all so you figure out how much I have to be here on the other days.
