If I saw a website that I like, is there a way or software (mac or pc are both fine) to copy it as a template for me to edit in web development tools like dreamweaver or something? I know it's Copyright infringement but if I edit it to look differently, I think it's ok. thanks guys

    It is still copyright infringement.

If you know what you're doing you can, but no software can do it for you.

It is copyright infringement, now matter how you look at it. Plus, any site you choose is not going to be optimal for your needs - it's really in your best interests to find a designer who can tailor a site to your specific needs.
