I've seen a video on youtube awhile back about opening all the dock apps at once. But now I'm having trouble finding it.

Does anyone know how to open them all at once?

You can open all apps at once from the Applications folder by hitting Command+A then Command+O.

Not sure, Command-Q repeatedly will do the job though.

Hold down the power button. j/k. Curious, why would you want to do that?

    Opening all apps at once

It is interesting that Apple salespeople are just learning about this and are demoing it as a "stress test" for the new fusion drives. I also found a link that seemed be a better solution: http://osxdaily.com/2012/10/02/stress-test-mac-cpu/
