iPod How to play songs by artist (but in a complicated way)??

My goal is to have all the songs on my iPod play by artist in alphabetically order without it stopping after each artist.

For example, I want to play all of the Chromeo songs in a row then automatically go to the next artist, Coldplay, and play all their songs.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS. To sum it up, I want the play the "Songs" function on my iPod by arranged to by artist.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot! For some reason, I forgot about that.

Didn't work, I sorted it by Artist in iTunes on that Playlist. However, in my iPod , it played as Songs (as the songs in alpha order).

Any other suggestions?

EDIT:
I find a temp solution. I made a Playlist of all my music on my iPod. Then I made a Smart Playlist that had it Limited to 25 hours (a high random number, aka to NOT limit) and set it to select by Artist.
