Hi! Can anyone please walk me through the process of doing this? My new iPhone 5 has a big nick (very obvious) on the back and several nicks on the sides. I called Apple and they said that a replacement is on the way. Now, I just want to know how to activate the replacement without inadvertently signing up for a new 2-year agreement (since I just did that when I bought this new iPhone). Also, will AT&T charge me any reactivation fee? Thanks a lot.
