Hi everyone. I'm using a Sawtooth G4 as a file server right now, but it's a little noisy and would like it to sleep when not in use. Problem is, I want it to sit alone somewhere, without a keyboard and monitor. I'm currently using Chicken of the VNC to control it that way, but I find that if I put it to sleep, I can't remotely wake it back up.

Is there any way where I could set it to sleep after a certain time period has elapsed,, but then that I could wake it again remotely?

It's hooked up through ethernet to a router which all my other computers are also connected to.

Okay, thanks, those look promising. I'll give 'em a shot later this evening, and report back on how it went. I thought there might be a built-in way in OS X, but I haven't found anything, and I guess there isn't.
