how to set a reminder with time / date

HI there,
Could someone help me set a reminder with a date time alert please.
Setting the reminder is ok, its the setting the time thats eluding me.
The old OS6 was really easy. Any help would be great.

when you add a new reminder, tap the circle with the "I" in it.
