My moms iphone keeps popping up with Apple ID verification. Saying enter the password in settings.

Problem is, she doesn't know the password. She used a work email in which she can't check anymore. She doesn't know the answers to the security questions she put down. So what in the world can I do to reset or solve this??? I can't even restore the iphone because I can't shut off Find my phone feature without the password.

When I try to find a solution everything starts with "sign in to your apple ID first..."

If you don't know the answers to the security questions and have no access to either the primary or rescue email (if set), there isn't much you can do yourself. Contact Apple support, they may be able to help reset the password if you can prove the identity of the account owner:
