How to tell if I have a Trojan?

I really am not too worried about it, because I dont randomly click on things or whatever. And I know that we as mac users needent be too worried about such things, however I would like to know or find a way to check if infact I am infected? Isnt there something in the concole i can look at or soemthing?

if you have something that looks like the attached image, you aren't infected.



Seriously though, unless you notice something on the machine behaving suddenly odd or slow, I wouldn't even give it a second thought.
