How to Tweet from IOS7?

I see the Twitter and Facebook text input boxes are missing from notification center - this begs the question of how to Tweet quickly without using the Twitter app?

Also, tried tweeting from Siri but it crashes Siri when the Tweet is about to be sent. Only way I have found so far to Tweet is using the Twitter app which is pretty cumbersome . . . . any advice appreciated - Thanks!

If it's gone from the notification center, then you're going to be stuck using the app. No way around it.
