I am getting far too upset with Apple QC these days

    First of all I have just bought a macbook pro retina, get it home and the cable to charge it is torn. I buy a magic mouse and the latch doesn't catch the bottom. I have had the mouse 48 hours please help!

    I push the top in and the lower the latch and it should catch right?

    Wow and today I found two stuck pixels on my MacBook Pro!

    Then why would you say:

    Return them.

    As for the stuck pixels on the MPB, I don't know what Apple's standards are (though this document was supposedly leaked a few years back), but manufacturers often allow for at least a couple dead pixels. But still, it wouldn't hurt to ask.

    within the first two weeks though? if they deny it I will just return in and get my money back.
