I guess the Mini started the thin border phenomena.

    So if you hold that Samsung in landscape, it seems you will always be activating the MENU or RETURN soft touch buttons :rolleyes:

    lol are you serious? the design of the note 8 is based off of the galaxy phones which have been out way before the mini.

    I don't think it was the thin bezel craze... Probably more of the 7.9-8" more expensive underpowered not very high PPI craze... Which is actually happening believe it or not :)

    Pretty much. I do it occasionally on my Galaxy S3. I see it happening way more on tablet.

    Check iPhone and they've had the thin border way before samsung galaxy phone. and we know by heart that samsung copied the iphone design.

    Yeah hes right they copy almost everything apple has done, and even the new lenovo laptops look almost identicle to macbook
