OK so my dad just told me he got my mom a "suprise", he ordered her a 20 inch iMac, and a 15 G iPod. I have a 5 G iPod, and my mom will never ever use her 15. And i use my battery down every day. How can i get her to trade me?:D

Go on 'The Jerry Springer Show' and hit her over the head with a chair. :D

    yeah, just do that.

Unless she is like a tech-mom, if there is such a thing.

That is what I'd do. My mom wouldn't notice, and she'd be very happy.

But be sure to erase the contents first. I think even my mom would get suspicious if 'her' iPod came with all my favorite artists ;).

that's kind of a ****ty thing to do... <though i did just get a 17" PB for my girlfriends b-day; but hey, she got my Ti-book :D>

let her keep it; then, convience her to trade when she realizes she doesn't need all that space.

be nice to your mom. ;)

    peace.

My mom would notice... She's pretty technically inclined... I was actually thinking about getting my brothers to chip in and get her an iPod Mini.

Dude, she's your mom... Who cares about the battery life on your iPod. This is all about having respect for your mom -don't do a crappy thing like swapping the pods when she's not looking... Even if she never notices, you'll always feel the guilt of stealing from your own mother!
