I need help, screen issues, rMBP, LG, 4 months old.

Hello,

I was completely satisfied with my rMBP, until now, just a few minutes ago I noticed that some weird kind of bright spot appeared on the screen, it looks like bunch of stucked pixels? It is noticeable on every color. I swear it was not there yesterday. Screen is not dirty. Laptop was always carried in Incase

What can I do? Since there is no AppleCare in our country, or any kind of official Apple store. I bought it via official Apple websites.
Currently living in Czech Republic.

Yet another person with a popped pixel... This happened to mine and many other peoples.
A pixel has burst / popped and because there is no glass outer layer it has burnt through the polariser coating on the screen.
If you look closely at an angle in bright light with the screen off, you will see a very tiny crater in the display.

The only suggestion is to take it to Apple and have them replace the screen if possible. Would they collect it in your country if you phoned them?

I hope they will fix it, this is unacceptable!

I tried to see the hole on pure black background, and I could see nothing, why is it? It could be seen only on lighter colors?

Because black is the default "off" for a pixel. Just blends in then.

I have already called Apple, they lead me to the nearest service. They said, they will fix it.
