and downloade it. You already own it, you are just seeking a replacement due to damage. You should be any trouble for that.

you dont need Disk 2 as this is just extra apps etc

the main system install is on disk 1, just download your apps form apple via software update.

Did you try Apple?

Did you try calling Apple support? If you legitimately purchased the product, they may be willing to send you a replacement disk.
