I want to rotate the screen 180.

    This might seem like an odd wish. But I find that the Home button a little awkward to reach when using the phone with one hand only. If the phone is rotated 180, then the Home button would be at the top, just a short reach away, instead of at the bottom where my thumb has to contort. Of course, we'll have to flip the phone to talk on it, so this might be a small nuissance.

    Either, way, is there any way to hack the phone to behave this way? just throwing it out there.

    I've been wanting this since day one. Not for the reasons you specify, but at home, I'm on the fringe of at&t's coverage, but if I put the antenna at the top, I get three bars, but I can't really do anything like that.

    I've also wanted landscape. I'm not sure how they would implement this though.

    A 180 degree rotation wouldn't make the iPhone landscape..

    But he wants the regular interface to be in landscaspe mode, in addition to having Safari or other programs in 180.
