Okay. I am angered. I originally bought my 30 iPod to back up my 30GB HD on my iBook. I miss a few weeks and the HD flops in a big way. I took it into the store that sold it to me (Alberta, Canada) and the tech complained about the HD noise. I could barely hear it compared to what it was making the night before.So the night before, the HD was making a wheezing sound louder than my PC fan makes by about 2 or 3 times. I suppose it's comparable to 2 or 3 times the sound of a freezer when you first open it: Scared the crap out of me!
Is there any hope for saving my data?
