iBook G4 - Fan controller?

Hey guys,

So recently i started using the iBook i got a few weeks ago alot more, and have noticed it is getting quite hot.

The fan at the back is indeed running, but slowly. Is there anything i can do to make it go a little faster at least? Perhaps a program, or modifying a kernel extension?

Any info is appreciated

Spec:
Apple iBook G4 12"
1.2GHz PowerPC G4 Processor
1.25GB RAM
Tiger 10.4.11
Newly installed 60GB Hard Disk (Did it today, and checked that i didn't accidentally remove any other cables)

there was a program out there called G4fancontrol and it would tell the sensors to start the fans at a specific temperature. That might do the trick.
