I know I posted this already but I'm wanted to see if iBook owners are having this issue too.... :)

That info drawer is HUGE!

I used to have my iCal set to take up the whole screen so I could see everything easily including my to-do items.

Now, I have to hide my to-dos and move the entire window to one side of the screen to view my calendar and still leave room for the info drawer, which takes up about 1/4 of the screen.

Anyone else not pleased with this feature?

I have sent feedback to Apple (via the "Provide iCal Feedback" option under the iCal menu - I filed it under Design/Ease of use) asking for a preference option to view the info in a window or the drawer.

i think that the point of the drawer is to make the app feel like it's just one bundle, like iMovie, iPhoto, iTunes... following the iApp scheme.

iTunes doesn't have a drawer. Nor does iPhoto or iMovie that I'm aware of.

Mail has a drawer but it's hardly as big as the one on iCal.

The more feedback we send, the more likely they are to "fix" it. :)
