One or two days ago, iChat suddenly stopped playing sounds. It had been running for a few days, without any problems. But now, even after updating to 10.3.6 (the problem started while I had 10.3.5), it's still almost completely silent. None of the assigned sounds play (although they will play when I select them in the pop-up menu) when they're assigned to. The rest of the system is working just fine. Repairing permissions had no effect. Has anyone seen this before and come up with a solution?
