You generally need a Mac to run it. Umm... Could you be more specific? :)

    That's not an "easter egg"
IIRC, it's a feature of iDVD 4 (that's the number of the current one, right?)
in iDVD 3 (or the one before this one.. if it's not 4) it was a hack you could do, so you could burn to external burner.

He wanted OS X to be more professional, so it would get taken more seriously as an OS for business use.

OS 9, IIRC is SOOO Full of them. hilariously full.

Fire up classic mode and GO NUTS! :Dthe eeggs.com page of os 9

Easter eggs are stupid, IMHO. I don't see the point. Yes, they can be fun at times, but usually amount to less fun than you had looking for/finding them. For example, that crappy pinball game hidden in Windows.

Perhaps I would be more into easter eggs if they weren't so disappointing, but then again I suppose if they were that great, they wouldn't be hidden.

Spot on katie ta achoo, although I think we're up to 5.0.1 now. :)

Generally an Easter egg doesn't really have a purpose other than just being a bit quirky.

I thought that just changed the words to "XP PRo" from "xp home"

    *shrug*

and talking about illegal things downloaded off P2P is frowned upon here.. and can result in bannination.

    The secret with iChat

    ... get ready....

It's not that popular and people (outside of the US at least) barely use it.
