iCloud Backup Size Incorrect

Using 4s + latest iOS.

Camera Roll has NO pictures or video but its backup size it 863mb. How can this be?

Any ideas on how to reset/resize it? It causing the backup to estimate at 5 hours. Until I sort this I will need to carry on using the backup through iTunes.
