Whenever I restart my computer, my customized window views, nicely arranged icons at 128X128, changes to small icons scattered about. This is in my applications folder. In my top-level hard drive window, I usually keep it in column view, arranged by name, but after a restart, it also changes to small icons scattered about. Anybody else had problems similar to this? Or suggestions on how to fix it?
Thanks

EDIT: I have already tried repairing permissions .. did that after my 10.3.3 upgrade

set the window to look the way you like. close the window and then open a new finder window to that place immediately after. (by making an alias to that folder on desktop, if necessary) if the look has stuck, then it will stick even after a restart.

also, try adjusting finder -> view -> show view options. make changes for "this window only"
