Apparently, the MS/Bungie duo has created a pretty neat marketing ploy to help generate hype for Halo2 through viral marketing. In the Halo 2 theatrical trailer (the new one), at the end, the "www.xbox.com" becomes "www.ilovebees.com" for a very short time. When you go to www.ilovebees.com, the site looks like it has been hacked and corrupted, as there is formatting gone awry, images corrupted, and pop-up countdowns. But, all of these tie into a bigger picture engineered most probably by Bungie (a little like the "A.I." movie's puzzle). There's a whole community of people out there trying to figure out what the whole scheme is hinting at. It's rather interesting. A lot of commentary can be found on the ilovebees.com complementary blog (the link in the main page's FAQ). Check it out.
