I know there were many problems with the first gen iMac G5s, including overheating, power supply getting fried, and/or scrambled video. Were these probelms fixed on the second gen and now third gen?

Haven't had any problems with mine. It's been a good little boy. :p

It might have helped that Apple redesigned the iMac's cooling system to a degree. ;) Not to mention, they added an extra cooling vent which is hidden behind the iMac's stand and is just above the power supply input. Only problem with the extra cooling vent-- somehow it gets a tiny bit of dust around it after several days, when the rest of the unit says dust free.

All is good... for now.
