    I'm hand coding a site for a College project. I'm using images I created as buttons to link to other pages on the site. In Safari of course everything is dandy however in IE the image links have a blue border around them (which change colour according to visited, hover, etc). I've tried changing the html code for "visited" "hover" and so on to the same colour as the page background, but that doesn't seem to make any difference.

    Anyone got a suggestion so I can get rid of these link borders around my image links please?

    Thanks

    you can do this with CSS for all image links..

    Code:
    a img, a:link img, a:visited img, a:hover img { border: 0; text-decoration: none; }
