I'll try to make this brief.....
1) I transferred 6 marching band video performances onto iMovie 5.
2) I moved the clips into order in the timeline area.
3) I set a title for each of the 6 videos.
4) I clicked on the iDVD button and set up 6 chapters...one for each of the performances.
5) I clicked on the Create iDVD project.......AND

None of my chapters moved over. I get the title of my iMovie project (which when clicked on, plays the entire movie)....but no chapters.
I've even tried clicking on the share button and exporting the project to iDVD but that didn't work either. Am I picking the wrong theme to work with....I just can't figure this out and I've already wasted about 3 hours just trying to figure it out. HELP PLEASE!

I dont know about iMovie 5 but in iDVD there is a "create chapters" thing.

Go to Advanced- Create Chapter Markers for movie...

this is all in iDVD 6 so im not sure...

What do you mean you "titled" them? did you change thier name or click the chapter button and click "create chapter"?

Also what do you mean chapters in iDVD than it didnt work??

This should be the way to do it
1. Open iMovie import footage move to timeline
2. Click Chapters and Create Chapter Markers for your movie in iMovie
3. Click share- send to iDVD,
4. iDVD should open and you should see "play movie" and "scene selection"
5. now you should have all your chapters there...
6. click burn
