I haven't been able to install it successfully - tried over 40 times :( It always gets to 40 or 80 percent, stalls, then goes directly to 100 and says success.

I believe that there is a beta version on their website, which is the one that you need to install.

Are you running on an external HD? I feel like that may be my problem

I installed Mavericks over Mountain Lion. I think, that is the reason why it works for me.

Just goto the Adobe Flash site and manually select to Install a different version of Adobe Flash Player from the menu here.

Seems that the automatic selection that Adobe gives you is only about 7mb and the manually selected version is 17mb.

Flash - blocked plugin error - wasn't working for me now it is.

it looks like 10.9 is saying any version of flash player 10 is out of date. You want flash player 11

I have no problem updating Flash, currently 11.7.

    Same here.
Others should just file a bug report.
