iNoteBox HD?

There have been a lot of discussions about notetaking apps, but I can't find any mention of iNoteBox HD. I looked at the lite version and it appears very capable, although the interface is a little complicated.

Is anyone using it who can comment and compare it to the other major notetaking apps?

From the Retina ready ones I recommend Notability, when Retina wasn't important to me i used NoteShelf
