input Q?

    I have a noob question.. does the new input/output crap on the new powerbook allow you to plug a computer into it and run it on the pb lcd?

    ....No, the internal display is only for the PowerBook

    No. It doesn't. In order to do this, you would need to have a video capture device and connect the other computer to it. The quality would be very bad though.

    Or you could use some remote desktop software.

    whats remote desktop software? at my school we have this thing where at anytime a teacher can like take control of our computer from the computer she is at... or she can display her screen on my computer.... is that what your talking about? and will this sofware(plz list some) work if I want to plug my PC into the pb lcd?

    Timbuktu, Apple Remote Desktop, and Microsoft Remote Viewer are basicly KVMs over IP and allow you to control systems remotely. They are awesome, infact my company uses them exclusively.
