I read that the minimum graphic memory requirement is 128MB when the GMA 950 only has 64MB. Will you not be able to run Lion on machines with a GMA 950?

That's only the initial VRAM allocation from 10.4-10.6. OSX can grab more if needed.

What if I only have 1GB of RAM? Will I still be able to run Lion?

I wouldn't run Snow Leopard on 1GB with a dedicated graphics card, never mind Lion with an integrated! You should have at least 2GB.

I have a white MacBook with 2gb of ram hooked up to a 42 inch plasma and lion runs fine on it.
